Well we all know that Selena Gomez is giving a break to her music career and focusing on her acting career. Now it seem she wants to venture in production also; 2012 is going to be monumental year with many of her movies releasing and we cant wait.
Now Selena Gomez is going to act and also produce a new film with the title 'The Sky is Everywhere', Its based on the novel with the same name.
I know what you guys thinking another novel, well yes first came Ramona and Beezus then 13 Reasons Why and now The Sky is Everywhere.
Selena Gomez will be the lead role as Lennie Walker.
According to the synopsis of Amazon.com “Lennie plays second clarinet in the school orchestra and has always happily been second fiddle to her charismatic older sister, Bailey.“Then Bailey dies suddenly, and Lennie is left at sea without her anchor. Overcome by emotion, Lennie soon finds herself torn between two boys: Bailey’s boyfriend, Toby, and Joe, the charming and musically gifted new boy in town.The synopsis seems quite exciting and now this goes into my must watch movies. When the shooting for the film will start is still not confirmed.
“While Toby can’t see her without seeing Bailey and Joe sees her only for herself, each offers Lennie something she desperately needs. But ultimately, it’s up to Lennie to find her own way toward what she really needs - without Bailey.”
