Selena Gomez and Debby Ryan will appear on the first episode of a new Disney reality show called PrankStars.
Mitchel Musso will host the hidden camera series, where children and teenagers are set up by their friends and family to meet their favourite stars in "unpredictable and humourous" settings.
Selena Gomez, who shot to fame on Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place, appears in disguise in the first episode in a sequence that sees her paired with a 14-year-old girl for a fake bubblegum commercial.
Debby Ryan appears in another segment where she enlists a 14-year-old fan to model alongside her in a competition but the fan is then faced with a difficult decision when asked to "fire" Ryan.
Musso, expressed his excitement at the new series on Twitter, telling followers: "I honestly can't even began to tell y'all how excited I am about it!! Don't leave my side guys I need you now more then ever (sic)."
PrankStars premieres Friday, July 15 at 8pm ET/PT on Disney Channel. New episodes will premiere each month.
